Since the introduction of an automated C-parts management from Bossard in 2012, the company has been scheduling the C-parts via a single partner. Thus Pichler has been able to reduce costs for procurement, storage and supply and consequently create capacity for activities that add value. In addition it is guaranteed that the subsequent assembly of C-parts for the in-house production of ventilation equipment and air humidification units works reliably and on time. Thus the expertise remains in the hands of the supplier while Pichler can concentrate on core activities.
Savings of process costs
Customer and task
