I only need a small number of items, can I open a packaging unit?
All items marked with a 
can be ordered in smaller quantities than the specified package unit. For partially used package units, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 10.- may be applied.
How long does it take until I receive the ordered items?
Delivery times vary between the business units in the several countries. If your order is received by 16:00 hrs and we have the appropriate stock, your order will usually be delivered within the next 3 working days.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value for deliveries of goods is set at CHF 75. -. If your order total does not reach the minimum order value, you will be notified by the e-shop.

What is the fastest way to find a product in the E-shop?
Simply enter the desired article description, Bossard article number or your own article number (logged in) in the search field above the menu bar. All relevant results are automatically displayed while you are entering them.
If your search was unsuccessful, you can also enter via our product category and then select various filter options.
