Business Developer
for Product Solutions
100% (all genders), Czech Republic, remote
In this position you will have these key responsibilities:
Your tasks
- develop a plan and budget to support growth expectations for Specific Fastening Solutions with new and existing customers in the region
- provide technical consultation to customers from design to mass production
- recognize product needs based on customer’s assembly and design
- act as a link between the local business and our competence center in Linz, Austria
- pipeline management and sales reporting in CRM system
Your profile
- proven experience in business development, preferably in an industrial and consultive selling environment
- knowledge of assembly and production processes with mechanical and technical aptitude is a great advantage
- excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
- advanced English level
- bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, or a related field
- ability to travel
