Assembly notice

Threaded lifting pins with rotating shackle are designed to lift and hold point loads. Threaded lifting pins with rotating shackle are not suited for the rotation of the load or for passenger transportation! The rotating shackle aligns itself optimally in the direction of force.
Soilings (e.g. grits and grinds, oil and emulsion deposits, dust …) can affect the functioning of the threaded lifting pins with rotating shackle.
When inserting a threaded lifting pin with rotating shackle, the rotation of the load must be prevented.
Using damaged threaded lifting pins with rotating shackle can be perilous. Before any use carefully inspect the threaded lifting pins with rotating shackle (i.e. deformities, breaks, rips, damages, missing threaded elements, corrosion, unlocking function).
Threaded lifting pins with rotating shackle must be screwed completely into a thread that is true to gauge with a specified tightening torque and bear completely on the bearing surface.
Damaged threaded lifting pins with rotating shackle must be withdrawn from service immediately.

Warnings

Products are subject to the relevant security requirements in use as load lifting accessories. The installation instructions and maximum load capacities must be observed. Technical tests comply with DIN EN 13155 for the safety of non-fixed load lifting accessories.
