The miniBOOSTER® pressure boosters amplify a low input pressure (20 bar to 200 bar) to a high output pressure (up to 800 bar/200 bar). The output pressure is governed by the input pressure and is directly proportional. For a low initial pressure, the pressure boosters include an express function (high volume flow e.g. to get a cylinder moving) and automatically switch to pressure boosting as the counter-pressure rises.
Advantages:
- No expensive high-pressure pumps required
- Saving on pipework costs
- Low pressure is converted into high pressure with practically no energy consumption and low heat generation

- Features
The HC3-D and HC3-F pressure boosters are used for hydraulic systems designed on a modular basis. The miniBOOSTER® connection schematic allows them to be fitted without pipework. Fitting the HC3-D or HC3-F right next to the application guarantees rapid response times in terms of pressure build-up. Use based on the miniBOOSTER® connection schematic means the maximum operational pressure must be reduced to 500 bar.
Input pressure:
Output pressure:
- 20 to 500 bar with M5 screw fitting

DOUBLE ACTING PRESSURE INTENSIFIER INCORPORATING TWO SEPARATE INTENSIFICATION CIRCUITS – TUBE
The HC5 pressure booster is used if high pressure is required on both sides of a dual-action cylinder or on both sides of a hydraulic swivelling device. This means that there is no need for switching valves in the high-pressure system. Typical applications include cutting and spreading devices, etc.
- Input pressure: 20 bar to 200 bar
- Output pressure: Up to 800 bar
DUAL MEDIA PRESSURE INTENSIFIER – TUBE OR FLANGE
The HC2D2 is a naturally aspirated 2-media booster which can achieve throughput of 3l/min. on the high-pressure side. Like other miniBOOSTER® models, the HC2D2 increases the input pressure so that the output pressure is higher and automatically compensates the oil consumption in order to maintain the high pressure. The output pressure is adjusted by setting the input pressure. Relative to its throughput capacity, the HC2D2 is a compact device which weighs just 4.15 kg.
The HC6D2 is a naturally aspirated unit for two media which can achieve flow volumes of up to 41 l/min at the high-pressure end. Like other miniBOOSTER® models, the HC6D2 boosts the input pressure to a higher output pressure and automatically compensates oil consumption in order to keep the high pressure constant. The output pressure is set by adjusting the input pressure. Considering its delivery rate, the HC6D2 is a compact unit which weighs just 24 kg.
- Input pressure: 20 bar to 200 bar
- Output pressure: Up to 800 bar
- Design: Only available as A-variant; outlet screw max. 10 bar pressure
SELF-PRIMING PRESSURE INTENSIFIER PUMP – TUBE
Pressure booster pump used in battery-powered or pallet applications. The HC2P consists of a geared pump and an HC2 miniBOOSTER® pressure booster. As with the other pressure booster models, the oil is compressed on the high-pressure side. The high pressure is adjusted by controlling the low-pressure side using the geared pump. The default setting for the geared pump is 50 bar.
- Input pressure: 0.4 bar to 2 bar (on the pump suction line)

- Features
The miniBOOSTER® M-HC7 portable pressure booster system is a robust device designed for used in demanding industrial applications. The M-HC7 can be used in conjunction with any low-pressure device (20 to 200 bar) which delivers a volume flow of at least 2 l/min. It can achieve output pressures of up to 800 bar. The unit is designed with reliability in mind. The M-HC7 is fitted with a 10 µm filter and a visual filter status display. This increases service life and reduces downtime.
Time is money: The M-HC7 can deliver up to 15 l/min and is designed to add the system capacity to the working process as soon as a pressure boost is required. This minimises cycle times. Many applications require extraordinary precision from the device. The M-HC7 has an easy-to-read manometer with a 4-inch (approx. 10 cm) diameter which enables an accuracy of 1 % (up to 10 bar>).
