Precote® 30/80/85

Features:

• Locking effect according to DIN 267 part 27
• Additional sealing in the thread
• Dry, tack-free and physiologically harmless film

• Good chemical resistance e.g. to fuels, hydraulic fluids, liquid coolants etc.

 Internal thread must have a countersink (no sharp-edged threads inserts), otherwise the patch could be peeled off when the screw is installed. The female thread must be dry, free of dirt, oil, separating agents and other contaminations. Thread friction value must be considered when mounted.

 Screws locking against loosening. Fast curing, no post curing even after repeated temperature exposure. For thread ≤ M6 or 1 mm pitch of thread we recommend further clarification for safe-guarding relating to curing and security function.

Threaded parts from M3 to M36. Vehicle construction as well as for safety components.

• Application Universal screw locking system, high strength, low thread friction value
