The KAD program is a sales leadership development training that has been successfully running for seven years. Over this period, more than 100 Bossard employees from around the world have benefited from this comprehensive program. By completing the KAD program, employees have not only enhanced their personal development but also contributed significantly to Bossard’s business goals.

Through the collaboration with École des Ponts Business School, the Bossard KAD program is taking a significant step forward. It has been approved as an École des Ponts academic program, offering future graduates an official and globally recognized business school certificate earning 21 ECTS credits. This certificate opens doors for further growth and development, providing graduates with the opportunity to pursue a master’s degree in the future. The two-year KAD program comprises three modules that focus on intercultural teamwork, leadership and value-creation training. The sessions are conducted both online and face-to-face at various locations worldwide. The current cohort of 24 participants is set to graduate in early 2025.
