The Annual Shareholders Meeting took place on April 8, 2024
Donation
This year, Bossard AG will once again make a donation to a charitable organization instead of a “Give Away”. Two proposals were made to the shareholders. For this purpose, people were invited to vote in advance as to which of the two projects
“Stiftung Schweizer Tafel” or “Kinderkrebs Schweiz» should be taken into account.
The shareholders have decided in favor of “Kinderkrebs Schweiz”. Bossard will therefore be happy to take this institution into account.
Kinderkrebs Schweiz
Every year, around 300 children and young people in Switzerland are diagnosed with cancer. Since 2015, Kinderkrebs Schweiz has been working with its member organizations to improve the situation of children, young people and their families with cancer. Their aim is to ensure that even more children are cured in the future, that the long-term effects are kept to a minimum and that those affected are accompanied and supported during this difficult time.
