The successful Delta PT® screw has been further developed - the Delta PT® has an optimum geometry which favours the working of the plastic during the screwing process, and which reduces the damaging generation of heat.
There is a 50% higher tensional and torsional strength and a smaller thread pitch. Another development is the DELTA® CALC calculation program. Bossard's technical applications laboratory can employ this to determine the values and the details of the assembly parameters, working with original components provided by the customer.
