PEMSERTER® IN-DIE

The PEMSERTER^® IN-DIE system automatically feeds inserts into the clinching presses at high industrial speeds.

The tool provides a perfectly reproducible process with continuous monitoring. The system operates in masked time, which means that the produced part receives the inserts at the same time as it is manufactured. This advantage leads to the elimination of a production step and therefore to a cheaper cost per piece.

Built on a mobile trolley with wheels and stabilizing cylinder, the IN-DIE moves from one press to another with ease. Its connection with the press and the press tool is completed in less than 3 minutes. Equipped with a hopper and one or more vibrating bowls, it offers a single or multiple distribution (up to 6 channels).
