Internal thread sizes:

• M2,5–M20

Material:

• Case-hardened steel, zinc-plated, blue passivated, conform to RoHS
• Stainless steel 1.4305

• Proven standard product can be used for all applications
• 2 cutting slots, chip forming
• The first two threads are tapered, the insert works like a tap
• For materials with low to medium tensile strength (but tends to spring together in hard materials)

Internal thread sizes:

• M3–M16

Material:

• Case-hardened steel, zinc-plated, blue passivated, conform to RoHS
• Stainless steel 1.4305

• Further development of design 1 (with cutting slots)
• For materials with higher tensile strength (does not tend to spring together)
• The thread is cut via 3 extremely sharp-edged cutting holes
• The first two threads are conical, the insert works like a tap
• Chip forming

• Further development of design 1 (with cutting slots)

• No springing together, suitable for materials with higher tensile strength
