Bossard wins „Swiss M&A Award“

Bossard receives the KPMG Award for the "best national transaction" 2012.

The expert jury explains the awarding with the acquisition of the KVT Fastening division, previously part of the KVT Koenig Group. The acquisition strengthens the market presence of Bossard in the German-speaking region and in Central Europe.

KPMG honores Swiss companies in recognition of noteworthy transactions to boost its market presence or tap into new markets.
